Our rental policy requires a minimum rental period charge of 3-days. Please note that there will be no refunds for equipment returned before the completion of the 3-day rental period.
One rental day is 24hrs. Two days is 48hrs and so on. For example, if you rent equipment for 1 day, starting on a Monday at 10am, it must be returned no later than 10am the next day.
Certainly! Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitization is a top priority for us. Our meticulous process involves cleaning each piece of equipment before thoroughly sanitizing it.
We conduct thorough safety inspections on each piece of equipment before renting it out, every single time. Additionally, we regularly monitor recall information through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's website at www.cpsc.gov, which provides automated updates on equipment recalls
We are committed to upholding the utmost standards of cleanliness and quality for all our rental items. As such, a cleaning fee of $25 will be applied.
We do not offer car seat installation services. However, we will provide manuals for car seats whenever possible, and they can also be found online.
For orders delivered, there will be a one-time delivery fee. This fee is based on the mileage of the delivery. (Free pickup is available)
Our operating hours are from 9am to 7pm (Eastern Time) daily. We are closed on certain holidays
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific times for delivery and pick-up. However, we strive to accommodate your preferred times to the best of our ability.
For your convenience, we have an interactive map available on our homepage that displays our delivery zone. We offer low cost delivery to rental homes, hotels, airports, beaches and even Busch Gardens Tampa. Explore our map to see if we can deliver to your desired location!
NOTE: Due to traffic, delivery to Clearwater Beach may be impossible during peak season (March-May), between the hours of 11am-6pm.
If you require the equipment to be delivered and set up before your arrival, please ensure that we have access to the location, particularly rental homes. In most cases, we can utilize a lockbox for entry. If access is not granted for delivery, we will securely store the equipment on the property. For hotel deliveries, we can usually drop off and pick up items from the front desk/luggage hold, if not we will need to meet you in person. To streamline this process, please provide detailed instructions during the payment checkout. We will coordinate all deliveries and pick-ups with you.
NOTE:
- We do NOT setup and take down beach equipment
- Due to heavy traffic, delivery to Clearwater Beach may be impossible during peak season (March-May), between the hours of 11am-6pm.
Please notify us promptly if your plans change. We cannot guarantee that your currently rented equipment will still be available. Similarly, if you decide to leave early, please inform us so that we can arrange for the equipment to be picked up promptly. Failure to return our equipment may result in an extension of the rental period and additional charges.
