Is there a minimum number of rental days for which I will be charged?

Our rental policy requires a minimum rental period charge of 3-days. Please note that there will be no refunds for equipment returned before the completion of the 3-day rental period.

How are rental days calculated?

One rental day is defined as the time frame starting from when the equipment is dropped off between 8am and 4pm until it is picked up the following day by 4pm. For example, if you rent equipment on a Monday at 8am, it must be returned no later than 4pm on Thursday (Minimum 3-day charge).

Is the equipment cleaned after each use?

Certainly! Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitization is a top priority for us. Our meticulous process involves cleaning each piece of equipment before thoroughly sanitizing it.

Do you keep track of manufacturers' recalls?

We conduct thorough safety inspections on each piece of equipment before renting it out, every single time. Additionally, we regularly monitor recall information through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's website at www.cpsc.gov, which provides automated updates on equipment recalls

What happens if the rented items come back extremely dirty?

We are committed to upholding the utmost standards of cleanliness and quality for all our rental items. As such, a cleaning fee of $25 will be applied.

Do you install car seats?

We do not offer car seat installation services. However, we will provide manuals for car seats whenever possible, and they can also be found online.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Have no fear! Unlike most of our competitors, we won't hit you with sneaky extra charges. Your satisfaction is our main focus, so you can trust that there are no hidden fees - not even delivery fees - when you choose us.

What are your hours of operation?

Our operating hours are from 8am to 5pm (Eastern Time) daily, with delivery and pick-up being between 9am-4pm. We are closed on certain holidays.

Are delivery and pick-up times guaranteed?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific times for delivery and pick-up. However, we strive to accommodate your preferred times to the best of our ability.

Where do you deliver to?

For your convenience, we have an interactive map available on our homepage that displays our delivery zone. We offer free delivery to rental homes, hotels, airports, beaches and even Busch Gardens Tampa. Explore our map to see if we can deliver to your desired location!

NOTE: Due to traffic, we can NOT deliver to the beach during peak season (March-May).

Can I get my equipment delivered and set up before my arrival?

If you require the equipment to be delivered and set up before your arrival, please ensure that we have access to the location, particularly rental homes. In most cases, we can utilize a lockbox for entry. If access is not granted for delivery, we will securely store the equipment on the property. For hotel deliveries, we can usually drop off and pick up items from the front desk/luggage hold, if not we will need to meet you in person. To streamline this process, please provide detailed instructions during the payment checkout. We will coordinate all deliveries and pick-ups with you.

NOTE: We do not setup and take down beach equipment. Also, due to traffic, we can NOT deliver to the beach during peak season (March-May).

What if my travel plans are extended or cut short?

Please notify us promptly if your plans change. We cannot guarantee that your currently rented equipment will still be available. Similarly, if you decide to leave early, please inform us so that we can arrange for the equipment to be picked up promptly. Failure to return our equipment may result in an extension of the rental period and additional charges.
